In this free webinar, the OpenSciEd team is joined by Dr. Bill Penuel from the Institute of Cognitive Science and School of Education at the University of Colorado Boulder. Dr. Penuel is leading the consortium that is developing OpenSciEd’s high school science instructional materials. The webinar will describe how the consortium was selected, what courses are being developed, the design principles being attended to, the structure of the field test, and timelines for the release of the materials.
