So often, limited budgets force school systems into a situation where they have to choose between instructional materials or professional learning. OpenSciEd is developing OER instructional materials for K-12 science to disrupt these past practices and ensure access for all teachers and students. In this session, OpenSciEd will share how they have prioritized equity in developing the materials and how states and districts across the country are harnessing the power of high quality OER science materials.
